Kaitlyn is very nice and always courteous to me. She listens to what I have to say and she is easy for me to talk to. She has a very caring attitude. I have recommended her to several of my friends and they go to her now and they feel the same way and they are very happy with her. She has done a lot for me and I am grateful. And you can tell her I said so. I certainly do appreciate her.
