The care provided for me was EXCELLENT by Jeana and Lindsey. However, the scheduler on the phone at the sleep center for an appointment was very difficult in her information. She would not schedule my appointment because of incorrect information she was giving me about ChampVA insurance. I had to call Ochsner Billing in New Orleans to be informed that I was being given incorrect information about ChampVA, and that I need to speak with a supervisor. I finally received help! Jeana Barrett was an “angel” in assisting me , and making sure I could make an appointment. Before Jeana’s involvement, I was denied an appointment for care. I was in tears with the difficulty from the scheduler who had incorrect information. Thank God for Jeana Barrett who was kind, caring and professional.
