I previously had an issue with Ochsner refusing to diagnose a herniated disc in my cervical spine, despite my having multiple MRIs and seeing 10 to 15 doctors, including several neurologists and a neurosurgeon. This experience significantly soured my opinion of Ochsner, and despite calling its patient advocates, I have not been able to speak with anyone about what happened to me.
