The only reason I said it was difficult is because my physician, Dr Cook is EXCELLANT and in high demand!!! She’s been my Dr for over 20 years, I believe and I would not trade her for her weight in gold!!! I waited 3 weeks to see her because I did not want an Urgent Care Dr in and out in 2 minutes!!!

My only concern is with the automated earlier appointment system. I accidentally accepted an early appointment and instantly called the number provided and a message was sent to the office. I received a reply to go on and reschedule the appointment since I would not be able to make the accepted one. The next appointment was a week later than the original one so had to accept it. This caused me to be out of my medication for almost two weeks.
