Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Lauren Oberle is one of the best!! Caring, shows great patience with her patients, and her examinations are thorough. She is never in a hurry to get to the next patient and listens to her patients intently. She will be missed at BJC Parkland!

Visit needed no improvement!

She was vey thorough. Despite never seeing her before, she made me feel confident and safe with her care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing! I did not have to sit in the examining room for more than five minutes waiting for her.

Lauren is always so patient and encouraging. She goes above and beyond at every visit. She is a major asset to the facility!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Better listening skills from the nurse practitioner. She seemed rushed and I don't feel that she listened to all of my concerns.

Lauren has been our NP for several years . She has always been extremely professional but also caring. Lauren has become a good friend in addition to our medical doctor.

I feel confident at most visits. Staff with rare exception are always pleasant, caring, professional and helpful.

Lauren Oberle is very grit and kind! She is an excellent NP and has gone beyond making me feel heard and taken care of!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Nurse Oberle was open to my interest in seeking alternative, holistic, complementary and integrative health therapies and that really stood out to me because many practitioners and doctors would warn me against natural treatments. Also, the amount of time we had to go into depth about my health concerns (at least 30-40 minutes) was remarkable and greatly appreciated!

Lauren Oberle, sits and listens to what your issue might be, and then she is real thorough about explaining the conditions or gets you set up with a treatment plan. She is great and when my family ask me what doctor I go to, I definitely tell them Lauren!!

Lauren Oberle’s nurse was very polite, caring, knowledgeable and had a great smile. Lauren Oberle is very professional, caring, knowledgeable, answers all of my questions, a great listener and is helping me stay on a healthy path as I age. Aging is not easy and she is guiding me through all the changes. Love her.

I have had many appointments with Lauren Oberle over the past few years. Every single visit, she really takes the time to listen to what I have to say and makes sure I feel comfortable with the treatment plan. She explains things in a way that makes sense and I never feel as if she is rushing me. I appreciate the level of care that she provides for me.
