This visit was perfect so you don’t have to improve anything at this point in time this was the first time I’ve been back to this clinic in four years. Yes they were very kind. Friendly and nice.

DR. Diaz, while I have had several primary care Dr's not a one can compare to Dr. Diaz. He is through, asks all the necessary questions and most of all listens and wants to provide resolve for my concerns.

Dr. Diaz is by far the best Dr. I have ever had at Chen, my Dr's have changed several times but DrDiaz really listens, he reads my entire history he asks questions and gives practical at home advise suggestions, eating, exercise, rest what to focus on for my most best possible day 2 day functions, he's amazing
