I did not have an unpleasant experience, in fact I can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received at Chen Medical Center. Dr. Elias has been wonderful and so has the staff, especially Marcos who has been very helpful in scheduling and is incredibly responsive. I’m concerned about a possible condition with my pancreas and switched to a G supplement plan. If my condition is okay, I would like to go back to Chen Medical in the next enrollment period.

I couldn't have my blood work done because the lab was down all week. Is that even possible? I saw nurse go in the room next to me with the red case.

Dr Khalid and Terry Ann C went above and beyond in their efforts and time required to go through a difficult time considering authorization process to get an expensive antibiotic approval covered by Aetna that I had been given by the hospital upon discharge. It required speaking to three different people and it was arduous. they were all amazing . bs definitely concerned about the my left hand healing( cellulitis).

My visit was timely. My doctor was pleasant, interested and concerned. Ordered tests to monitor for any possible issues. Was concerned about how prescriptions were working and very hands on and personable.
