I don't know the name of the MA who came in before Josie, but she was stellar. You can tell how much she loves her job and truly cares for the children she sees every day. I really appreciated how well she informed my mom and made me feel seen and cared for.

Josie O’Toole & [ ] have gone above and beyond care of taking care of my little boy. They call me personally to check in on him with his [ ], they make quick changes to the plan when [ ], and they express genuine care about him. I couldn’t have asked for better doctors for my son. Very professional, and EXTREMELY patient with me when I ask so questions or need things dumbed down. They are the dynamic duo.

Josie was excellent. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated how thoroughly she answered all my concerns and made appropriate recommendations. I also really appreciated how well she worked with my autistic daughter - very gentle and kind.

Josie maintains a good understanding of my son’s history with the office and his current condition. She explains things in a way my son can also understand, which allows him to be more aware of his medical needs. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions.
