Josie was excellent. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated how thoroughly she answered all my concerns and made appropriate recommendations. I also really appreciated how well she worked with my autistic daughter - very gentle and kind.

Josie maintains a good understanding of my son’s history with the office and his current condition. She explains things in a way my son can also understand, which allows him to be more aware of his medical needs. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions.

Josie is an asset to the practice. She is kind, patient and knowledgeable. She listens to all concerns and involves the parent in the care plan and makes sure that you’re comfortable with everything. I appreciate her kindness and the time she spends to make sure that all concerns are addressed. I love that she also takes the time to explain everything to you and ensures that you understand the treatment plan.
