I’ve already said what I think. My hope was that this doctor would have taken some time to find out about a new patient. I actually have some issues I started to discuss with her and they were dropped like a hot potato. When I think about it, she saw I had a tick. I told her I have two dogs that I walk in the woods. I also started to tell her about some pain I’m having in my body- she didn’t ask one question about that or follow up at all- you would think maybe she might add a Lyme panel to my blood test. I’m not going to get the blood test. I’m not going back. It was a waste of my time. The doctor at urgent care was much more responsive and helpful and talkative. I’d rather do that.

Looking forward to continuing and developing a good working relationship with this doctor to get best outcomes for the few health issues I have. I believe Dr. O'Connor has a good bedside manner which I find to be one of the most important aspects of being an effective doctor.

Dr. O'Connor is always pleasant, on-time, helpful, and pragmatic. I have historically had "white coat syndrome," but she and the nurses make me feel comfortable and at ease.
