Staff is positive, welcoming, & very caring. Very efficient. Last but not least by any means is Dr. O'Bert. He has been my ENT specialist since 2016 when I needed a specialist. I am so very thankful he is my Dr. & that I am in his care.

Dr. O'Bert was great. His nurse was awesome. The ladies at the front desk were delightful. Dr. O'Bert was explained everything very well and it felt like I was talking with a lifelong friend.

Dr O’Bert is a sincere doctor who shows compassion. He was very gentle too. Apparently even during the surgery because I woke up with very little pain. During the post visit, he cut a stitch and removed the stents without causing any pain. Nurse was amazing too.

Dr O’Bert provided excellent care! His bedside manner is very caring and compassionate. I never felt he was rushing through my visit, he listened, explained everything to me thoroughly. He involved me in the decision making after clearly explaining my options. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team of receptionists and nurses. They were all excellent! I felt more like a family member than a patient.

The doctor (Robert obert) and his team are awesome. Very good surgery handing (had 2 of them with them), professional, respectful, very knowledgeable and polite! Felt really taken care of with everyone, it blew my mind and definitely see it as extraordinary treatment (usually doctors are just ok, or sometimes not even that knowledgeable/competent, but this team really impressed me, and I am very skeptical usually ha!)

There was no wait time to see Dr. O’Bert. Dr O'Bert discussed the surgery, pathology report, removed stitches and stints. He took his time to discuss next steps, necessary steps to take before next visit, and answered all my questions.
