Dr. O’Bert is knowledgeable, caring, good listening ears, bedside manners, and efficient. I recommend d my sister to him and she’s very satisfied.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. O’Bert and his nurse are wonderful! They both take very good care of me and I would not go to any other doctor for my ENT issues. I would highly recommend Dr. O’Bert to anyone looking for a ENT doctor.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I always get the best care from his nurse and from Dr. O’Bert every time I come to see him.

The dr. and the staff. You have really improved the culture in the last few years. Doctor O’bert is so wonderful and listens. The staff really makes you feel like you matter.

Dr Obert and his staff are always professional and friendly. They respond immediately to messages through MyChart. This is an excellent care team.

Dr. Obert and staff are very courteous and friendly. Always prompt and never a wait time of more than 5-10 minutes from appointment time. Dr. Obert is straight forward and very professional. I would even play golf with him someday.

I always feel like Dr. O’Bert and his staff, when I have an appointment, are listening to me and concentrating on my reasons for the visit, I have always had very good and professional service with Dr. O’Bert and staff, and I feel like I get great care. I come specifically to Dr. Obert from outside my usual network because of his excellent reputation for Care.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. O’Bert is outstanding! He explains things well, tells me what to do following the appointment, and what my future options are. He is knowledgeable and respectful. His nurse and all of the staff I have dealt with have been clear, helpful and friendly.

I was very satisfied with this visit, so I don’t believe there is anything to improve it.

Dr. O'Bert epitomizes everything one would expect when recognizing excellence in a doctor's performance! I appreciate Dr. O'Bert's friendly demeanor, his listening skills, and interest in the concerns that have brought a patient to his office. His excellent knowledge base enables him to recognize conditions and the path to addressing those conditions. Dr. O'Bert is simply WONDERFUL!

Dr obert and his assistant made me feel welcome. They are both genuinely nice people. Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.
