The doctor (Robert obert) and his team are awesome. Very good surgery handing (had 2 of them with them), professional, respectful, very knowledgeable and polite! Felt really taken care of with everyone, it blew my mind and definitely see it as extraordinary treatment (usually doctors are just ok, or sometimes not even that knowledgeable/competent, but this team really impressed me, and I am very skeptical usually ha!)

There was no wait time to see Dr. O’Bert. Dr O'Bert discussed the surgery, pathology report, removed stitches and stints. He took his time to discuss next steps, necessary steps to take before next visit, and answered all my questions.

The wait time in the office was fantastic. I didn’t even get seated before I was called back to the exam room. The doctor was into the exam room in about 2 minutes. Dr O’Bert listened to my explanation, did an examination and recommended a procedure. All totally explained. The procedure was done and very effective. I am very happy with my choice to see Dr O’Bert. And here is the best part. I had an 11:00 am appointment. I got there at 10:45 am. We were all finished. My condition that had bothered me for months resolved. And I was in the parking garage looking for my car at 11:10 am. Very pleased with the treatment and the efficiency of the office, and the doctor!

I was greeted with kindness from moment I arrived; Dr. O’Bert was excellent took his time explaining everything in detail; asking if I had any questions, after I left I had full understanding of procedure I was going to have and the trust I needed to know I would be taking care of.

Both Dr. O’Bert & his nurse/medical assistant are always polite, professional & VERY MUCH ON TIME for appointments. I have been in the office several times over the past few years & have never had to wait for my appt. Dr. O’Bert is both professional but very approachable & knowledgeable. He puts you at ease with his demeanor. Dr. O’Bert is a physician I have recommended to family & friends & would not hesitate to do so in the future.

This is an extraordinary practice. There is not one thing lacking. I love the way I am treated from beginning to end. Dr. Obert is always on time. He is effective and very pleasant. They are a model medical practice.

Dr. O’Bert, his nurse and all the rest of the staff at his office always provide excellent care. I am a long time patient and a “ frequent flyer visitor” at this practice. All messages that I leave for Dr. O’Bert either online or in my patient portal are responded to very quickly. Urgently needed appointments are accommodated . Everyone there is friendly and helpful.
