On line registration is great-taken to his office & examination room on time. Nurse went over vitals & checked medications. Dr Latt went over recent testing & blood work line by line explaining in layman's terms what it meant to me and where we go from here. H

From the front door to the back of the house, everyone was polite, professional, very knowledgeable. The doctor, I loved his bedside manners. He explained everything to me in detail and he took his time. I give you all 200 plus. Thank you for your excellent service.

I was miss diagnosed with a liver disease by another dr,and Dr Latt took the time to explain it to me and put me at ease,he is compassionate and obviously very qualified. The staff was really nice and professional.

Yes, I vetted this doctor and so it's the first time I don't, I've gone to him. So I wouldn't know if I should recommend him or not. I vetted him, meaning I checked him out. I wouldn't go to him unless I thought he was good. I think he's good, but I don't know. I haven't seen that he's good. So I think that he is. So it's hard to judge, you know, how good a doctor is if it's the first meeting, you're meeting with him. So that said, that's what you can do to improve your system there. Thank you.

Dr Latt is an excellent doctor. He very caring and always take time out to answer any questions concerning my health. There has never been a time he didn't get back with any questions I had via email or phone. The office staff is great. Even when the insurance company denied my medication he never gave up fighting for me until the medication was approved. If I had to give a rating it would be 5 stars. Thank you.

Dr. Latt and his physician assistant [REDACTED] are excellent. They researched my medical history and listened very carefully to my background. We had a great conversation about lifestyle changes and future visits and tests. I have a lot of confidence in this office and the physicians treating me!

The staff from the beginning to the end were very professional. This was our first visit the doctor explained everything in detail. The staff made sure we had everything we needed when we left. We were very pleased.

Dr. Latt is an excellent specialist and I am happy to have found him for my condition. However, I had a very bad experience initially. My initial appointment, the person on the desk was rude and dismissive. She handed me paperwork for somebody else's lab tests and gave me incorrect information about when I could schedule an appointment. The nurse, [REDACTED], was very dismissive when I called and said I needed to know results of some tests. She said you'll have to wait until September, which was three months, and accused me of refusing to have a liver biopsy, which is absolutely untrue. So I passed that comment on to Dr. Lott, and he said he would speak with [REDACTED]. Thank you.

I like that you don't wait a long time to be seen by the doctor. The front check in desk is also very efficient. And Dr.Latt is a great physician!
