The staff at Virtua Live Disease Center have been awesome... on the phone & in person. Even prior when my brother was transferred to the hospital about 2-3 months ago, the first thing noted, was how friendly & helpful everyone was. We did not encounter one rude staff member.

They were very good. The secretaries treated me well. There was a Hispanic woman who was very helpful. She helped me. The only thing is, I wish the doctor would take a little more time with the patient to answer all my questions. But everything else was good. Dr. Nyan Latt.

Dr. Latt has always been extremely thorough with my care. He has a great bedside manner and involves me in the conversation and the next steps in my care. I'm a very complicated patient with multiple medical issues and Dr. Latt has always listened very carefully and taken all the necessary steps to try and figure out what is really going on with my liver. I have recommended him to multiple family members and will continue recommending him. The staff are always caring kind and compassionate.

Dr. Nyan Latt is wonderful. He is the liver doctor and he recommended an excellent gastroenterologist from Virtua and an excellent endocrinologist, both from Virtua. I'm pleased with your services. Thank you.

After meeting Dr.Nyan Latt for the first time I was very impressed with him. He asked me many questions and gave me a honest answer to all of them in a very courteous manner. He never let any of my questions seem dumb. I really like the way I was treated by him and looking forward to our next meeting.

On line registration is great-taken to his office & examination room on time. Nurse went over vitals & checked medications. Dr Latt went over recent testing & blood work line by line explaining in layman's terms what it meant to me and where we go from here. H

I was miss diagnosed with a liver disease by another dr,and Dr Latt took the time to explain it to me and put me at ease,he is compassionate and obviously very qualified. The staff was really nice and professional.

Yes, I vetted this doctor and so it's the first time I don't, I've gone to him. So I wouldn't know if I should recommend him or not. I vetted him, meaning I checked him out. I wouldn't go to him unless I thought he was good. I think he's good, but I don't know. I haven't seen that he's good. So I think that he is. So it's hard to judge, you know, how good a doctor is if it's the first meeting, you're meeting with him. So that said, that's what you can do to improve your system there. Thank you.
