All the doctors I've seen at the Highland oaks location that I've seen care about thier patients. I've have always have had a good experience here.

I was so incredibly pleased to have Dr. [ ] see me and treat my [ ]. She had a fabulous bedside manner. I wish she could be my doctor all the time as she was so easy to talk to. I would give her an A+ rating!

Yes, Taylor was really fantastic, she spent a lot of time listening hearing about my experiences, making sure all my questions were answered, and I knew how to get a hold of her or Dr. Dunn if I need anything. Celestina was also great - really nice and helpful getting me in, taking my vitals, etc. and after the appointment, really went above and beyond working with me to get a follow up scheduled in [ ], which I know is a really busy time. Thanks to both of them!!

Ms. Taylor had great bedside manner and answered all my questions and concerns. Would recommend to my friends and family. MA [ ] was also great and friendly.

Absolutely! I was concerned about the reason for my visit and so didn't realize that my appointment was for [ ] but I showed up on [ ] and they actually did everything they could to fit me in since I was already there. I did not expect to be able to see within 20 minutes of my arrival and they made it happen. So that was really great.

Taylor is not my primary physician, but I was unable to see Elizabeth [ ], so I was able to get into see the PA. I found her extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my problem and because of her and what she prescribed to me I’m feeling back to normal today will finish my [ ]. Very thankful for the Lee health facility and Estero

I want to recognize Barb, RN she is a wonderful caring person, she always goes the extra mile to explain and talk about any issue or concern I have. She always makes me feel at ease. This was the first time I met with Taylor and she was wonderful as well. Thank you for the excellent care given at every appointment or call.
