Front Desk was very helpful in getting an Advance Directive printed for me & answering questions. The Nurse was helpful in letting me know that [ ] can be done in your office (I was sent to Coconut Point). Taylor was wonderful! Very attentive, she had read my medical records ahead of time to familiarize herself with my history, which is very much appreciated. Asked how I was feeling regarding my upcoming [ ]. Reassured me that if I had any questions to call.

My appointment had been [ ], but not by me! The man at the desk was on top of his game and offered me an appointment with the PA an hour later. I agreed and was satisfied that I did not have to return another day! Problem solved!

Taylor is wonderful! She is very competent, and she listens to her patients, and together we solve problems. No matter how busy she is, she gives of her time to make sure you get the very best care. As a senior, it is especially important to me that she truly does care about her patients with a wholistic approach, and follows up to check on me. Thank you, Taylor!

I was very impressed with ease in getting an appointment. The medical assistant was very friendly and helpful and the physician's assistant Taylor was very caring and took her time. All the way around very impressed!

I needed the same day appointment and the girl at the desk was excellent about scheduling me and getting me checked in as soon as possible due to a [ ] to something. It happened twice in a week and both times the staff was excellent and gave me appropriate care leaving me feeling very safe and cared for

I’m always pleased with my visits to the group. I have no complaints. I really liked Taylor and Mildred at the front desk was also very kind. I had a flat tire and I asked her to keep my key until my husband arrived. Very sweet woman.

Taylor and celestia , Celeste�s taking my vitals first before Taylor came in She was very nice, she did the swab test checked for Covic and Flu I tested negative Taylor went over my results with me Tayler prescribed an antibiotic and mucinex DM She was very thorough I had no Temperature She said call if I am not feeling any better Taylor is very knowledgeable you can be proud Having her on your staff

I feel everyone was excellent at this visit. I hadn't been back in sometime and they didn't treat me bad at all because of it. They picked up with my care just as if I had been coming on a regular basis.
