Brittani is an excellent Medical Assistant, who welcomed us warmly, explained the process, took time to answer questions. Dr. Tanvir exceeded our expectations with clear information and thorough suggestions. She recommended a plan of action , answered our many questions and gave us a feel that she truly cared for our health and well-being. We feel so fortunate at have found this team to care for us.

I came LPG as a new client. I was very impressed with all facets of the health provider. Personal at all levels were very courteous and attentive. The facility itself appears to be able to handle all the basic needs and safety for their clients..

Surfside facility is the best in the Lee system! This is due to the friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff there - in my opinion. This was my first time with this doctor and she did not disappoint!! Thank you!

Dr. Tanvir & I had an introductory appointment as Dr. [ ] is part time. I really appreciate her care in discussing my overall health and helping me understand what my options may be. Dr. Tanvir is an outstanding addition to LPG.

The only doctor who took the time to come up with a plan on my care. [ ] I tried many time to get an appointment with my primary and never show my doctor, always Nurse practitioners. I was still having serious problems and called again and finally got an appointment with a doctor. She way very helpful and professional and started me on a healthy healing plan. I would like to switch to her as my primary doctor. If there is any opens please add me to her new patient list for all my medical care.

Dr Tanvir is a professional. She explained the everything to me. Unfortunately Blue Cross is no longer participating as of [ ]. I will be contacting them to find out what is going on. Dr Tanvir is great.

Dr TANVIR was exceptional both on the day of my appointment and her follow up and communication following my initial appointment. It felt like the good old days of medicine when doctors cared and had time to spend with you. Dr Tavvir facilitated needed [ ] as well as making sure I was seen in a very timely manner with the pulmonologist.. She even took the time to personally call me to go over the results of my [ ] before the weekend putting my mind at ease knowing I was a bit nervous about the outcome. She is a beautiful addition to your staff and I hope to see her again in the future.
