As a part time Florida resident, I was extremely impressed with the amount of time that Dr. Walter’s spent with both my husband and myself at our initial visit during which she carefully reviewed our medical records from home, listened to our questions, and responded with detailed information about our health status and instructions for care. I was also impressed with her medical assistant, Mackenzie, who was very respectful during testing and thorough in her collection of data. I will definitely recommend this office to others in my community.

The two women at the front desk (Gabrielle) were so friendly and helpful. Emily was exceptional. She really did listen when discussing my medical history. Dr Walters was excellent. I felt very comfortable with her and feel like she was on top of her field. She was very reassuring.

I was very glad to be able to see Dr Walters in a timely manner. And she was able to have an [ ] done in the office to confirm my [ ] as well as provide a [ ] to wear for the next 2 weeks to improve the available data. And she was able to allay my fear of [ ] adversely affecting an existing condition.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Walters as my cardiologist. She answered all my questions patiently and seemed truly interested in my good health. Her staff was very courteous and helpful too. I feel confident that if I have any more questions they will be available to answer them.

Dr. Walters is a truly outstanding cardiologist. I have dealt with many doctors in many different fields. And I rate them highly. But not one compares to Dr. Walters in all of the categories where I rated her as Excellent.

Starting from check in desk each person greeted me with a smile Each person including the Doctors intake assistant made me feel my care was important. This is the same consistent level of customer service I encountered each visit . Exceptional customer service.
