The two women at the front desk (Gabrielle) were so friendly and helpful. Emily was exceptional. She really did listen when discussing my medical history. Dr Walters was excellent. I felt very comfortable with her and feel like she was on top of her field. She was very reassuring.

The gentlemen at the Front Desk was very helpful to me but more so to a women who came in and her [ ] and she very upset. He calmed her down and walked her to where she needed to go. He also told her he would help her get her [ ].

I was very glad to be able to see Dr Walters in a timely manner. And she was able to have an [ ] done in the office to confirm my [ ] as well as provide a [ ] to wear for the next 2 weeks to improve the available data. And she was able to allay my fear of [ ] adversely affecting an existing condition.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Walters as my cardiologist. She answered all my questions patiently and seemed truly interested in my good health. Her staff was very courteous and helpful too. I feel confident that if I have any more questions they will be available to answer them.

Dr. Walters is a truly outstanding cardiologist. I have dealt with many doctors in many different fields. And I rate them highly. But not one compares to Dr. Walters in all of the categories where I rated her as Excellent.

Starting from check in desk each person greeted me with a smile Each person including the Doctors intake assistant made me feel my care was important. This is the same consistent level of customer service I encountered each visit . Exceptional customer service.

I have had a number of cardiologists over the years, and Dr. Walters was clearly the best one I have had. She was very through, explained everything. Was very patient with me when I had questions. I also was very impressed with the lady that scheduled my future appointments. She went out of way to accommodate my schedule and she was very sensitive to my wish to have one of my appointments as early as possible. Lee Health, Coconut Point, is the best hospital I have been in. Great facility, great people.

I felt totally at ease & no longer worried about my [ ] as I know I am finally in good hands. The Dic reminded me of when I first met my primary care doc 35 years ago & I continue to see him in RI & have referred over 150 patients to him.

The woman at the front desk is very nice -both on the phone and in person. Also the nurse who took my vitals was friendly and professional. Dr Walters was engaged in our conversation, and was helpful in providing information for med change

I continue go be amazed at the excellent care I receive through the Lee Health System. Communication is excellent. I often have MyChart results minutes after my visit.
