My nurse that took my vital was outstanding . Asked about my concerns ect. Then relayed that info to Dr Jackson before he entered exam room. Dr Jackson is very easy to talk to. And explains things in a very soft spoken way to understand manner.

Dr. Jackson was wonderful. Although this was the first visit with him he was thoroughly prepared to discuss my issues and concerns and make recommendations for treatment. He has a wonderful personality and his professionalism is beyond excellent. Would recommend him to anyone.

I was very happy to get seen right away. I had little interaction with the front desk but contact I did have was plesant and professional. Medical assistant was professional, efficient and pleasant. Lee Jackson was GREAT! I didn't have anything to contribute to my dx or treatment as I never experienced covid before so my goal was to listen to his knowledge and treatment plan. Overall, I am greatly pleased to have had their excellent care.

Yes the front desk was exceptional in getting me in for an appointment first thing in the morning after the holiday. He was very pleasant and thanked me for coming in [ ]. Lee Jackson was super! He is very energetic and upbeat and did [ ] and scheduled an immediate [ ]. His assistant administered asthma treatment with skill and politeness. Overall very positive experience

I was impressed with the obvious teamwork among staff. Professional but the excellent trust and liking made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I would receive. Lee Jackson really listened to me, the whole person, not only a knee problem. Nurse Karen was patient and thorough and understanding. It was an outstanding visit.
