Amanda was very professional and understanding. She took her time to explained to me about the Rx I’m on. What to expect from, she listened and answered my questions. Overall I’m very please with her service.

As has always been the case, I’ve been very happy with the caregiving at the [ ]. Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistant to the primary practitioner is courteous, polite, friendly, professional.

Ive been a patient of Dr. [ ] since she joined Lee. While she was on maternity leave, I opted to see Amanda. Amanda did a wonderful job and I have to thank the person at the entrance of the building. I pulled into the front vs the side of the building and she was kind enough to walk me thru to the other side. I did read the notation on mychart on directions but, in all honestly, they are simply too wordy. Someone needs to revise the language and eliminate the bold/capital letters so people choose to pay attention.

Everyone was wonderful, but Mandi was truly amazing! She made the visit more like we were visiting a friend than a doctor.

Ms. Reid was above excellent. Well prepared, knew my test results and previous medical history. Was extremely knowledgeable and had great patient awareness. I can not say enough nice things about her. The entire staff were friendly, courteous and gave excellent service. Very impressed with this office.

Mandy has been my favorite health care provider to date, since moving to the area 5 years ago. She was very educated, compassionate, and comforting. I felt very comfortable with her plan of care and feel lucky to be under her supervision.
