Entering this clinic was so uplifting: the reception staff were all smiling and ready to help. Wait time was short and we were ushered back to Roberta’s office to meet her. Wait time was short and Roberta arrived with a warm and friendly smile. Roberta has a a systematic way of approaching our visit. Using MyChart Roberta formulated questions and a plan of action. She knew what she was doing. I was so impressed with her manner in delivering information to me! I understood I was heard and felt safe. She knew what she was doing. She righted my ship from the aftermath of my [ ]; I am feeling so much more like myself today and I am so grateful.

Roberta did a great job communicating with me over my Lab test results. She explained each one and made it easy for me to understand. I enjoyed my visit with her.

I continue to be impressed by the quality and compassion of care I have received through Leehealth. This visit was no exception. Roberta and the medical assistant were very thorough, never rushed and explained everything about my condition and plan in full detail. Very appreciative!

I really was impressed with how Dr Slauterbeck listened to me and how she responded to my questions. I actually felt “heard”. And to make it even better, she took the time out of her busy day to call me personally about my health was very much appreciated. Thank you Dr.!

Roberta was very thorough spending 1.5 hours asking questions and reviewing [ ]. I could almost see her mind whirring as she asked questions helping us plan the next steps to take. Roberta was amazing! I was very confident that she understood my concerns.
