Dr Felipe Novoa is the best, the kindest, the most empathetic, the most delicate, etc. Of all the doctors I have met, I thank UHealth for having him to care for people like me, he takes us by the hand and teaches us to feel better with encouragement and with true concern for my health and my recovery.
