She listens closely to our medical issues and always explains thoroughly any instructions she has for you. Good follow up as well and her direct nurses and helpers are always ready to answer questions and help in any way.

Tracy Novak is excellent. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She knows my (and my family's) medical issues, and always addresses our concerns. She is patient, understanding, intelligent and always has the best medical solutions that I (and my family) face.

Tracy Novak thoroughly discussed the treatment and answered any health concerns I had. A student who was with her at the time showed the same level of concern. I left with all my questions answered.

Tracy is a knowledgeable caring nurse practitioner. She knows her stuff and is wonderful at pointing out test results and making sure everything is understood and that all scripts are ordered and all questions and concerns are answered.

Tracy is very good at reading her patients' physical and emotional ques during office visits and does her best at asking about what other events are currently occuring that may or may not have an effect on physical measurements. She asks questions, and she listens. You can see that she listens and is not falsely placating, but is genuinely interested in what patients say.

She walks in with a smile and really works with me to get me the proper care I need wether it’s sending me to specialists or discussing medicine options. She’s the best.
