The front desk staff is welcoming and efficient. They checked me in quickly and made me feel at ease. The nurse was very kind and patient. Dr. Cheyenne is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. She explained everything in the way I could understand and answered all of my questions patiently.

This is what it starts my visit at chen Medical Center is one of the best centers I ever attended the doctors are good and staff is excellent and I feel like I'm at home I give them AAA Plus.

How nice everyone is to me. When I have a question someone will help me get an answer. My doctor is always nice to talk with. He answers my questions or sets me up with someone that can. Even if it is outside Chen. My health is always nu.ber one with Chen. I am much more happier at North Mio Beach office then my other office. I only had problems at my old office in the last 18 to 24 months. The years befor the last 2 were like NMB is now.

Everything was positive from the receptionists and the attention was almost immediate because I didn't wait long. The nurse was Hispanic with whom I could understand well because of the language, Dr. Lima treated me well

The pharmacy is inside the clinic. You don't have to wait. The spaciousness of the reception area when you enter. They know you immediately that your here for your appointment. That's efficiency.
