Service,attitudes. I always get greeted with a smile and quick care. I love the workers at my Chen office. Never gave a problem getting in and out and if I need my medication refilled I can rely on their pharmacy.

Was there for almost 6 years, made a big mistake by leaving for 1 month and couldn’t stand the doctor I went to. So happy to be back to Chen Medical!!

There needs to be a review on the referral process because of the time length and other issues with my referral, I have had to cancel and reschedule several specialty appointments.

The front desk staff are very unhelpful. I am cut off when I call or I'm put on hold until the phone hangs up I'm having a difficult time trying to get my medical supplies for my treache.
