Dr. Richards and staff provided exception care. Next available for appointments/followup, for additional testing & Diag (e.g., CAT scans.. out of Dr Richards control) to far out. Having to wait 30 days or greater for critical issue testing is unreasonable.

The nurse I had was absolutely amazing. Sorry I don’t remember her name. She listened and Help the doctor make the decision to do the procedure that day. She was awesome.
