I did not feel like she rushed me through the appointment. She took her time and was thorough.

She was very attentive to my comments and very knowledgeable about my health issue. However, my knowledge on the issue and its terminology was not so clear. I didn't follow the conversation as closely as I would have liked.

After the procedure the staff took the time and care to be sure I was back to normal and could get home safely. Mary Beth also called me the next day to be sure all was OK. (It was.)

Anything medical is stressful but I feel throughout this experience it was made to be very organized with appointments etc which made me feel secure that I mattered

I understand they were short staffed and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I just felt rushed this time and felt I may not have asked all my questions.
