The staff and the doctors was very very helpful. I’m very pleased to have a new understanding doctor. Thank you for what you do.

To me, I wouldn’t change anything because you made me feel comfortable I understand and it was a pleasant visit. Also thank you can’t wait to come upcoming visit.

Dr. Norman comes across as very caring and concerned with what’s going on with me and any and all of my treatments. Very good bedside manner.

The faculty was clean. The doctor took the time to listen, and To explained everything. Only one problem take the time to follow up make sure I’m doing what we said we were going to do. I have some memory loss. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was very professional & nice. I like the fact that they take the time to remember their patients. Very nice staff & Dr Norman is a wonderful Dr.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY DOCTOR, A NURSE AND A RECEPTIONIST GAVE ME A FOND FAREWLL, AS I LEFT THE BJC FACILITY.

I HAD AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AT BJC! I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITH MY DOCTOR

The clerk was checked me in was delightful and sweet spirited. The MA who checked my vitals was pleasant and nice Dr. Norman was nice, respectful and knowledgeable. She validated my concerns and made me feel heard. She had a calming and quiet demeanor. I really enjoyed the energy and vibe of the clinical staff. Finally the clinic was neat and clean.

Lauren was awesome! We connected on a personal level sharing a special experience with her instructor, my previous OBgyn. I really appreciate the comfort and care that I received as a wonderful addition to a lovely conversation. Thank you. Dr. Norman 💙

Dr. Norman really made me feel like she does all she can to help you figure out whats going on, planning to take steps to diagnose or treat the issue and informing you of how soon she want to see you again and why.
