My very first appointment was very good. I would recommend Dr. Norman. I love that she is a person or doctor that takes care of business. I love that she's very informative, giving out information that I needed to know about my appointment. I'm grateful to get the appointment and I refer her to someone else as well. So I don't have anything negative to say. I thought it was a great experience. And I look forward to her servicing me even more and all the things I need to.

I had a great experience with the BJC crew, they were funny, we laughed at each other's jokes, they treated me like a person and not a patient

I was very welcome. My problem was resolved. I got the test that I need. I enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly.

I am a new patient. The staff was friendly and I feel Dr. Norman is a better fit for me than my previous provider. I’m happy I found this office which is also close to my home.

Yes, my experience with them has been extremely comfortable and they made me feel like a person. They didn't treat me like just an individual where they can just pass along or make slide by, but they gave me all the information I needed when I asked questions. And I was satisfied with their service, their professional service.

Dr. Norman is an excellent MD. I've only been coming to the practice a year but she it always clear and collaborative with me. I also do not feel rushed. Small opportunities with the waiting room time but that's everywhere.

DR. NORMAN AND HER ASSOCIATE PROVIDED ME WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING MY OFFICE VISIT. THEY GAVE ME CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS AND THEY REALLY GAVE ME THEIR FULL ATTENTION.

I love that Dr. Norman listens to my concerns and acts accordingly. I’ve had doctors who didn’t schedule tests, etc. she’s not like that. I appreciate that she doesn’t take chances with my health.
