Not a big fan of virtual visit. It was my first time using telehealth, and while I understand it is convenient, I prefer in person medical care. I have been with Jencare for more than two years, and still have not had an actual physical exam. Do I need to see a specialist for that?

I appreciate the professional care that Dr. Whitlock provides. She listens, responds with kindness and patience and she follows up on the treatment plan. Nurse Diamond is friendly and professional. The personnel who handle check-in and checkout, are friendly, welcoming, and concerned about my health.

First the staff is very nice, and the Doctor gets to you in a timely manner, my Doctor takes time with me to discuss anything I need too, an also she makes sure I don't have any medical issues that aren't being treated.
