Don’t leave a voicemail when you cancel an appointment. Make sure you talk to them in case they are ill. Not everyone checks messages frequently

More consideration for folk who have mobility issues. some staff could be more attentive to elderly handicapped. folk. i helped assist a lady when her name was called. Staff should have done that.
