Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, Doctor Norfleet is very thorough and listens to my concerns. She explores solution to a problem with research and my comments. One of the best Doctors that I have consulted with over the years. She is extraordinary.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Norfleet is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She always listens to my concerns and she gives me as complete information as she can. I never worry that she won’t listen to me or that she’ll downplay my concerns. I feel very lucky that she’s my primary care doctor.

I've been Dr. Norfleet's patient for well over a decade now and she and her team consistently and professionally deliver a standard of care that I now consider THE BAR to be cleared whenever I have to get medical attention (ERs, walk-in clinics, wherever..... when traveling, e.g.)

They couldn’t have done nothing no better than what they do. They really go beyond far and helping answer questions. They ask questions. Very polite of the staff is phenomenal. My primary doctor Tracy Norfleet’s, one of the best primary physicians that BJC have on their staff and by me being there at the time that I’m there, they work together teamwork make the dream work. I wouldn’t go no other place and this is just the truth I love my BJC staff.

Doctor Norfleet’s is an excellent doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and a very caring person. She also has always referred me to excellent specialists, should I need one. She is very good at explains medical conditions and what to expect from treatment plans. I thank God, almost daily, for having Doctor Norfleet’s as my primary physician.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Norfleet always makes me feel valued as a patient and as a person. She really listens and has an excellent health care plan outlined for me. She makes me feel at ease and patiently explains my health and wellbeing in a way that I can understand. Dr.Norfleet is relatable and is the best doctor I’ve ever had throughout my care at BJC.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don’t think there is anything that would have improved my visit from the receptionist to my actual experience with Dr. Norfleet. I recently had a death in my family, and I felt bad because I did not meet the recommendations from my previous visit. She made me feel calm and told me to not be hard on myself. Her words and kindness made me feel so much better.

I've been going to Dr. Norfleet for about 17 years. She is an excellent doctor. She always refers me to excellent specialists when needed. I feel safe, and taken seriously when I talk to her. I can't imagine going to a different doctor. She's the best primary care doc I've ever had
