Overall, I was pleased with the diversity, efficiency and professionalism demonstrated by the front office staff. Dealing with the public on an hourly basis. Monday through Friday can be an exhausting/emotionally draining experience. The staff at your facility seem comfortable within a work environment and have made, the office functional environment for all.

Dr Yip understands no one wants to be in the position of needing her skills & talent. But thankfully she explains everything from the patient perspective & her perspective while also educating a patient in a way that it stays with you. Her caring for the overall person is what put her over-the-top for me to want her as my surgeon.
