I have been seeing Dr. Chinawala for many years. She has been a savior for me. She has so much knowledge with thyroid problems. A good Endocrinologist is hard to find

It would help if scheduling was a bit better. I didn't actually see the doctor until 50 minutes after my appointment time. If the doctor is running late - a chronic problem with endocrinology - a phone call or text rescheduling a half-hour later would have been appreciated.

Dr Chiniwala is an excellent doctor and I'm blessed to have her as my Endocrinologist. I have complete faith in her knowledge and expertise and she's guided me safely through many serious illnesses. I have recommended her to my family and friends.

I scheduled my appointment for 10am, I received a text to be there by 9:30. Upon arrival the receptionist stated that she spoke with me about being there at 10. I don't remember, but in any case the doctor didn't show up to the office until 10:40am. She called my cell to let me know she was running late and if I wanted to come back later on, I stated that I took off from work in the AM. So they might as well wait. The visit could have been done virtually and at the very least I shouldn't have had to wait over an hour. Not sure I would go back.

Dr. Chiniwala is excellent. She is a very busy doctor, but she never seems rushed to get you out. She is difficult to get in with at first, understandable as she is an endocrinologist, but she is well worth the wait.

Waited longer than usual this time but both the nurse and doctor both explained that they were short handed that day. Reception ladies at the front desk are wonderful! Thank you
