My experience with the provider was very good. I had a very short wait time 5min which I really appreciate, the dr. genuinely listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend ppl to this practice.

Yes, I just want to say that I was told the scheduler would schedule my colonoscopy within 24 to 48 hours. I did not hear from him for four days. I called four times and left a message, did not hear back. Finally got through the office and through to him by speaking to a human, which is preferred, and I was able to schedule the colonoscopy. So someone needs to check into why he claims he couldn't reach me. Thank you.

The physician and MA were wonderful. The doctor took his time and truly listened to me and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed.

Dr. Pandey was very knowledgeable, professional, extremely informative and a hell of a nice guy. He took the time to explain everything and more that I needed to know. He treated me as an individual and went above and beyond.

I was very comfortable with Dr. Pandey. He was a very nice person and I felt really relaxed. My blood pressure, which I hadn't taken in a while, was letter perfect and I would recommend him to anybody. He's just a very nice human being and smart and I thank you for letting me visit him because he was excellent. Bye-bye.

The doctor reviewed my prior colonoscopy 5 years ago. He explained what was found ' removed any precancerous polyps and the procedure took care of any potential issues. This upcoming test will be a repeat of last test.

Still waiting for the provider to either straighten out a prescription issue( whether it is covered by my insurance) Or he prescribes an alternative medication. Hopefully by z7/6 this is resolved, asI am leaving town on 7/7. If not resoluby 7/6, scrip should be sent. To my alternate pharmacy, Duane Reade, Third Avenue NYC?

Dr. Pandey and his office staff always provide me with excellent care. His staff is kind and friendly, especially Arlene. Dr. Pandey is a wonderful doctor who has helped me with my digestive issues beyond what I ever imagined he could. He is a good person, communicator and most of all specialist. He has earned that title by his demeanor and his over knowledge of what is best for his patients. I wish every doctor that I see could be a Dr. Pandey. He is amazing!

Dr. Pandey has from the initial meeting been professional, friendly, patient, sincerely concerned, positive, and realistic. Absolutely wonderful & refreshing to have him! He is nothing like many doctors who don't show concern for your care.

I was very impressed with Dr. Pandey's whole team. My girlfriend just had her colonoscopy a couple weeks ago, and I was there and witnessed the whole, you know, the whole, all the team and everything, and I was greatly impressed with the whole system you have there. Dr. Pandey is this great. So I'm looking forward to having my colonoscopy, believe it or not. Thank you.

I wish I knew the nurses name that helped me when I came in because she was awesome! Took time to explain how my prep for would work best and when to mix my cleansing drink. Just an over all great person that made me feel comfortable. Dr Pandey is also easy to talk to and very helpful! Overall a great experience for going to the doctor!!!

That office is actually phenomenal. The staff was just amazing, very relaxing, very engaging, very down to earth, and the doctor himself was absolutely on point with my medical history without any charts in front of him. He seemed to have memorized almost everything pertinent about me. And I was definitely shocked, but I was also impressed. Great experience, and I will be going back.
