I have been a loyal client at this location for almost 20 years. I love all of the staff. I love that some of the staff have ALSO been at this location for 20 years! That shows that they take care of their staff and patients. I have had staff in the past that were not well-suited, but also know that they did not remain at the location, showing that they take care of their patients best interest and needs. While I know Dr. [last name] has been there 20+ years, and Dr. [last name] is amazing, I do not feel that I need to see the MD - nor does my husband - once we worked with the PAs at this location. THEY ARE AMAZING as well! Nineveh is THE BEST care provider I've ever had and she, alone, has been a reason that I have recommended this location to EVERYONE I know! All of your staff is awesome and worthy of praise. THANK YOU for being amazing!

The reception area is very clean and open. The reception. Staff is professional and friendly. The medical staff is patient friendly yet professional.

Amazing doctors, PA???s and staff. All are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kind. Scheduling is efficient and I am usually called into to the doctor within minutes of my arrival. Lab work is available on site which saves me time. I have been a long time patient and am extremely grateful for the care I receive.

I love Baptist @ julignton creek. Nineveh is the best provider I have ever experienced. All around wonderful care, wonderful personality, and I can tell she really cares about her patients. Baptist is lucky to have her.

Fruit Cove Office with Dr. Levine is within 5 minutes of my home. Lab is also located in the same location which makes the Fasting Lab test extremely convenient. I am healthy so only visit for annual exams and test follow ups. I mostly see the PA's but can see Dr Levine if needed. My wait time is usually 20 minutes which I come to expect and don't really mind. I get frustrated when a wait time exceeds 30 minutes. My office visits never seemed rushed and all my questions were answered.

Doctors, PA's, lab techs, nurses and staff are extraordinary! They listen, are caring, kind and so very good at their jobs. They care about their patients, keep up with prescriptions and lab work. Not quick to push medication unless other options tried first. I have been a patient for many years and am so grateful for the quality of my care. Their location is convenient to my home. They schedule carefully so wait times are minimized. When I'm sick, I'm able to get an appointment quickly. I trust them and my health issues are well managed and under control thanks to them!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. And I love the amount of time and attention that Nina, Katy, and Dr. Kibler spend with the patients. I know sometimes it puts them behind, but I never mind waiting because I know they are just giving someone else great attention. I see Nina more than anyone else, and she is fantastic! My whole experience there has changed the way I feel about going to the doctor's office.
