The doctor is nice, but the waiting was more than hour

Doctor is great office experience is horrible

I had no issues with the doctor herself. She's wonderful. However, the office is absolutely unprofessional. I waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time, at which time I needed to go up to the desk to ask if there was a delay and why. And then I was left after I saw a PA sitting in the exam room in just a robe for 25 minutes and had to stick my head out the door to ask when the doctor would be coming in. Very, very poorly run office. The woman at the front desk was handling a personal call when I first came in to check in. And I would never recommend anyone to see that office. Again, the doctor, wonderful. The office, terrible.

Dr Govindani is one of the kindest, most compassionate and most thorough providers I have ever been treated by. Her passion for this field really shows. Yes, there was a wait to be seen, but I would rather have to wait even an hour past my appointment time to be seen by her, versus being on time but being treated by any provider. I would recommend Dr Govindani 10000/10 times! Thank you Dr Govindani for being the best OBGYN! Your patients are truly lucky to be cared for by you.
