Dr Shah explained everything about my treatment plan in a way I could understand. Dr. Shah was quick to address my chart message regarding changing my prescription medication and was quick to address scheduling an upcoming endoscopy. I received a phone call the same day from endo surgery center to schedule.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office. From the front desk check-in to the clinical staff, everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and kind. Dealing with GI issues can be stressful and uncomfortable, but the team here went out of their way to make me feel completely at ease.

I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the first visit, took time to listen to my concerns without rushing, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. My symptoms have improved significantly thanks to his accurate diagnosis and clear treatment plan. The office staff was also kind and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone needing a GI specialist!

Everyone I encountered today was exceptionally respectful, supportive, and kind. All personnel were fully present to me and worked together to ensure that I was cared for like I was a member of their personal family. Dr. Shah is AMAZING. He went out of his way to ensure that I received the BEST care possible today.

I really appreciated Dr. Shah's seriousness and attentiveness and he seemed like he was very serious about trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I don't know what that word would be, but he's just very serious and I really appreciate that about him and I feel like he's going to get to the bottom of, you know, figuring out what's wrong with me. So I really like that about him. Thank you.

The doctors were generally very nice, but the staff member who helped me make the appointment was rude and seemed to look down on us because of our poor English. Overall, the people here seemed to have fewer smiles.

Dr. Shah is one of the kindest doctors I have met. He listens to me, answers all my questions, and never rushes me. His staff was very friendly.

Dr. Shah has a pleasant and down to earth bed side manner and listens to his patients. He is very knowledgeable and even teaches you a little thing or two so you can go out understanding more about your health and conditions than when you first came in.
