Dr. Sheth has been my GI doctor for many years. Starting at the beginning of this year my insurance changed and Dr. Sheth was in the more expensive Tier 2 of physicians. I tried a Cooper Health doctor and was not happy. I returned to Dr. Sheth because I trust him.

Virtua's patient portal system, that is tied into the Penn Medicine system patient portal, is very effective and efficient. My doctors at Virtua and at Penn can instantly see all of my test results, reports, procedures and treatment plans, so that my health care issues can be dealt with quickly, accurately, and efficiently, in a coordinated manner, without the need to spend days or weeks getting feedback.

It was a very pleasant and quick exam and interaction with my provider, which was very good. And he gave me information that I needed to do without any difficult details at all. And he was very helpful with some questions that I had to ask. The staff were very, very nice.

Dr. Sheth recentlly did surgery to correct my acid reflux problem. I often felt like I was choking. I am so grateful. He also said to let him know if the problem reoccur in case more needed to be done. I appreciate him caring about my health. Thank you.

Nurses and doctors provide excellent service and treat you with respect. This by itself is all I need to be satisfied. Receptionist could be better.
