Sharon is very nice and good about answering questions. It is also much easier to schedule an appointment with her.
But the last time we saw her, there were 3 issues with the drugs that were prescribed. The sheet we we given with list of medications was not correct and required several phone calls to get it resolved. I am not sure whether the issue was caused by a communication issue between Sharon and others staff members, but it is concerning.
