Dr Nicole Soos is a fantastic primary care provider at Nassau County Baptist Health. Attending nurse was very thorough and the staff got me a quick appt for an upper respiratory infection. Very satisfied with the care I received.

Dr. Nicole Soos is the BEST doctor ever! She actually takes the time to listen to your symptoms and diagnose your specific issues. I’ve been suffering for four years with numerous visits to the hospital and doctors, all who just blew me off and this frustrated me to no end. Dr. Soos is the first doctor that believed I was sick and not crazy. She is the best, I feel better emotionally and physically knowing she has my best interest at heart. Bless her🙏

I’ve never had better interaction with a medical staff. Dr. Soos is the most knowledgeable and competent medical professional I’ve ever experienced. Her approach to medicine and wellness is a refreshing change from previous experiences with primary doctors.
The office staff also is helpful and friendly, especially medical assistant Katherine, who checked me in.
I moved out of the Fernandina area last year, but continue to go back for medical visits because of the quality of care I get from Baptist Primary.

From the nurse that took my vitals and intake question to Dr, N. Soos, my office visit was excellent. It was on time and very professional. I feel very comfortable talking with Dr. Soos and asking any questions I am concerned about. I am so glad she has chosen Baptist Primary.

The office runs efficiently, quick check-in and very little wait time. Everyone is friendly and professional making you comfortable and at ease. The medical team is excellent too. I feel my doctor listens with the upmost respect and she gives me wonderful care and follow-up.
