My PC doctor, Dr. Nicole Soos is fantastic! I’ve been suffering with medical issues for almost five years and other doctors just blew me off. Dr. Soos immediately started numerous testing procedures thereby eliminating probable causes effecting by illness. Dr. Soos figured out what was causing my health issues and through medication changes I finally feel normal again! I’ve changed my eating habits and exercise every day.

Dr Nicole Soos is a fantastic primary care provider at Nassau County Baptist Health. Attending nurse was very thorough and the staff got me a quick appt for an upper respiratory infection. Very satisfied with the care I received.

Dr. Nicole Soos is the BEST doctor ever! She actually takes the time to listen to your symptoms and diagnose your specific issues. I’ve been suffering for four years with numerous visits to the hospital and doctors, all who just blew me off and this frustrated me to no end. Dr. Soos is the first doctor that believed I was sick and not crazy. She is the best, I feel better emotionally and physically knowing she has my best interest at heart. Bless her🙏

I’ve never had better interaction with a medical staff. Dr. Soos is the most knowledgeable and competent medical professional I’ve ever experienced. Her approach to medicine and wellness is a refreshing change from previous experiences with primary doctors.
The office staff also is helpful and friendly, especially medical assistant Katherine, who checked me in.
I moved out of the Fernandina area last year, but continue to go back for medical visits because of the quality of care I get from Baptist Primary.
