I think she had too many patients and the portal offered provides terrible service and when one calls in for assistance they don’t know what to do either. It’s bad all around

I don’t feel heard with my concerns. We were supposed to go over test results that were ordered and that was never mentioned during the visit. Medication was pushed on me despite me being against medication. Left feeling unheard and like the 2 hours I spent was another waste of my time.

Dr. Nicome spends time going over my lab results keeping me informed of what is working and what is not. We review all my medications and make adjustments if necessary. I never feel rushed and know when I leave Dr. Nicome has interest in my overall health.
