Dr. Nicome is very attentive to my health needs. She makes sure that I am taking good care of myself. She is attentive and follows up with necessary blood work and other necessary procedures. I am very comfortable with the care I receive from Dr. Nicome.

Dr Nicome knows what she is doing when it comes to treating her patients to see results. I love her personality, her attitude. I must say being a diabetic for 14 yrs and after using Dr Nicome regiment, I was able to get my A1C down! My cholesterol down. She’s adorable and awesome.

I have been a patient at this office (with Dr. Lambert) for over 15 years. I was considering this office for continued primary care, and had an initial consult with Dr. Lorimaire, who was friendly, but it seemed as if when 15 minutes was up, she was hurrying to get to her next visit, and sent me on my way. As a result, I changed the primary care physician (through my insurance) to meet with Dr. Nicole Nicome. I went to the scheduled appointment in March, 2025 to get blood pressure meds refilled, which at the time was my main reason for the visit. Dr. Nicome wrote the prescription for a 6 month supply. A follow up appointment was scheduled for June, 2025, which I had to reschedule. I went to the new follow up appointment on August 19, to get another refill for the blood pressure med. I was on time for the appointment. Dr. Nicome was an hour late. The first thing she said to me was that I needed to "establish care" which I told her I understood. I asked for a refill on the blood pressure meds to which she continued to insist I need to "establish care" and she was only going to write the prescription for 1 month, and that she was NOT going to refill it. I mentioned that when I saw her in March, she wrote the prescription for a 6 month supply, and wanted to know why she wouldn't do that again. She adamantly DENIED she wrote that prescription, and continued to insist that I needed to "establish care". It shows clearly on the record in MYCHART that I DID SEE HER IN MARCH, AND SHE DID IN FACT WRITE THAT PRESCRIPTION. She took some basic vitals, all the while acting as if she was very irritated. She then directed me to another room, and left without even acknowledging me. Another woman there helped me with some suggestions as to where I can seek primary care. Nicole Nicome was SO RUDE TO ME, I was embarrassed when I left. This was NOT THE FIRST TIME, because she was NOT PLEASANT when I met her for the first time either. When I saw her in March, I was telling her about some of my health concerns, and needed advice/referral for treatment. She asked me had I "considered seeing a psychiatrist". I was insulted by that, because I do not have mental problems. I have legitimate health concerns and would like to know where I can go for a proper treatment plan. Nicole Nicome acted as if she didn't have the time of day for me at the follow up visit. I am extremely offended by that- not only was she abrupt and condescending towards me, she was rude and dismissive to me as a patient. NOW I will NEVER go back to that office, and I must find a primary care physician who will be more attentive to my health care needs and concerns. I have read similar reviews about this doctor, so I know I am not the only person who has had this experience with her. Please address this issue. This doctor needs more training on how to treat people with common respect and professional courtesy.

The lack of communication about getting an RX for a simple UTI was insulting. To have all the communication go through my chart and then be told I'll hear from someone in 48 hours is unacceptable.
