She was two hours late to my 1:30pm televisit, she wasted my time with the visit and did not fully access my problem due to my visit being remote.

Horrible horrible service. I was contacted by several people to reschedule my appointment and it still wasn’t scheduled. After many attempts to reach the doctor it took a week to get ahold of her. Her patients health isn’t priority and it shows

On this visit Dr. Nicome spent plenty of time with my health concerns, at that she has my best interest at heart.

Feel that the Doctor is overbooked and rushed to make sure all prescriptions are filled. Dr. Needs to cut back on number of patients per day so she can give quality time to each patient. Too many patients means LONG wait times in the rooms.

There were a couple of snafus with my experience. Waiting in the waiting room. Perscription not sent to pharmacy. When calling the office several hang ups while transferring calls.
