What I liked was that u don't have to wait long to be called to see the Dr. Also now u can see ur own results, exams, etc., etc. on ur cell phone with My Chart. I also like the greetings from everyone. It makes u feel like if u r at home. Keep up the good hand hygiene n good work.

Nicole is extremely caring, thoughtful, attentive, and she hears me as a patient that is very hard to come by, and I wouldn't switch pulmonologists for anyone else. She is very wonderful. I'm always impressed by her skills and performance. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the prompt care and support I received with my Dr Nicole Galati and staff. I have followed all instructions diligently. Did not want to be sick for the holidays. I am on the road to recovery and grateful for having Virtua Pulmanary for my doctors.

Hi, yes, this is a moment where I can express my appreciation towards Nicole. Nicole was absolutely amazing, by far top tier of treating me like a person and an individual. She was very joyful and caring. I do also want to add the first couple questions, I was confused when you said press one. I thought one meant yes in the beginning until I realized that. So it's going to look like the first couple answers is that I was not appreciative or what I'm trying to say. It all should have said clean lines. Wonderful job. But digitally, it did not give me an opportunity to review my answers and to recheck it because I did not realize that one meant no. Usually these digital things, one means yes. So that's a little confusing. But anyway, I don't want that to refer ?

I was very disappointed as had an issue and called the office number. Got a navigator which was basically useless. Said someone would call back that day and no one did. I called back at 4pm and the navigator that answered said office closed and nothing she could do. Had to page my family doctor who then took care of me. In my opinion you could be dying and no one would help you. Had a video call with APN which verified what my family doctor did. She said an office manager would call me to discuss my concerns but of course no one did. The clinical care is good but the structure supporting the office leaves a lot to be desired

Yes, I made a remark about sleep apnea that I was not interested, I didn't care. And she replied, well, if you don't care, I don't care. That's not professional for a doctor to say to a patient. She should have done one of two things, either said nothing or said okay. But instead, she chose to, which I considered being smart. Thank you.

Totally Disappointed in my wait time. My Appointment was at 3:45, and I was in the waiting room by 3:30. I wasn't taken back for my appointment until 4:45. An hour and 15 minutes in the waiting room. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!! I almost left without seeing the doctor. No Excuse for being that late. My time is important also. If that happens again, I will be finding a New Provider.

I had a great experience while visiting with my provider. She told me a lot of useful information. She also made me comfortable while discussing my therapy. She made me feel confident that it's working and that it's going to continue to work as long as I continue to do what I have to do. I really appreciate her and she's a great medical provider.

I am very appreciative for the care that I got and what turned out to be an emergency situation for me. I ended up having to go by ambulance to the hospital because the care that I got there wasn't enough. I needed to have more extensive treatment. I'm very appreciative for the way I was treated and the help that I got as quickly as I did. I thank God for all of you. I'm on the mend and I'm looking forward to my follow-up appointment. Thank you so much for this opportunity to still be alive. Amen.
