The wait time is too long waited 40 minutes and if you are more then 15 late you must reschedule.

Nicole was very patient when I went in. I kept coughing and had a hard time breathing. I go back to my regular doctor on Monday, Dr [REDACTED], and hoping that my chest is cleared up enough that I won't have to go to the hospital. Thank you for your kindness and your patience. It was appreciated.

My provider is great- every time! It's the front desk or people handling refills and insurance that's getting ridiculous. I've had meds that I've taken for yrs that keep getting denied bc of improper appeals or not sending in correct information why I need the medications- so I've had to be very proactive in getting ahead of things in order to make sure I have my medication to function/work etc. it can be very frustrating.

I am supposed to have 60 milligrams a day of terizamide. Our original plan was to get one pill, 60 milligrams. The pharmacist, when I went to pick it up, the pharmacist said it's cost prohibitive in a 60 milligram and we should get three 20s per day. This has been going on since last week. Keep asking. The pharmacist has twice sent a message to get three pills per day at 20 milligrams each. I've sent two messages and all we get is crickets. So I would like to get my prescription since I needed it. Thank you.

This was the 1st time meeting with this provider; as a sick call. She listened carefully and addressed all questions & concerns. Very professional& compassionate.

Nicole is great. She's always in a positive, upbeat mood and she cheers me on when I'm making progress and wants to hear how things are going. She just shows that she cares and makes things easy and she responds well to messages outside of appointments.

Already referred my son in law to her. She's very interested in how her patients are doing with their CPAP compliance. Also provided assistance in getting suppliers to correct any issues. Quick and to the point... caring person.

The purpose of my visit with Nicole was for pulmonary clearance to have knee replacement surgery. I had the breathing test done prior to seeing her. She let me know that my asthma has not worsened, so it was a good visit and I got clearance.

I just love dr. Galati, she is great. She was full of information that really help me. I can talk with her and not feel funny about it. She understands how the patient feels.

Nicole was my provider, my APN, and she was very attentive to what I needed, listened carefully, made some suggestions, and worked with me on a med plan. She was always pleasant and always very efficient, and I would recommend anybody to see her.

I'm actually very disappointed I came there for testing and then I was supposed to see the doctor. After all the testing they had me see a physician's assistant who really didn't tell me nothing. I still don't know what's going on nobody answered what was said on the test or she supposedly called in something to the pharmacy for me. Not satisfied at all cuz I still don't know what's going on I thought maybe somebody would give me an idea of what's going on

Hi, I was very pleased. We had a good discussion. She listened to me. I was asking for one thing that I thought would work, and we talked about it, and we came up with a great solution that made everything easy. And she was really good. She was a good listener. I had to do things twice, and she didn't fuss. She did it, and she was really, really great. I can't say enough about her. I got my meds. She gave me things that they take in the morning. I don't have to use a machine. So she really made my life easy. So anybody that has asthma, I would recommend. They talk to Nicole.

Great experience. As opposed to starting with reviewing the results of the sleep test Dr Galati first asked why I felt the study was needed. She was very professional and kind would recommend.

When I called set up my appointment The person was rude x2. She wouldn't give me her name and hung up before we were finish. The profession staff was very good and the visit was done great outherwise, That call could have causrd the practice a client. Therefore I wouldn't recommend.
