I was very impressed with the whole staff. from first encounter with the girl at front desk, the medical assistant who took me back to exam room (I wish I remembered her name...she was very caring and pleasant to talk to .Then meeting Nicole for the first time. I was very impressed. she heard me and talked to me...(not down to me) I look forward to our follow-up visit.

Nicole Charles was very concerned about me getting tests done that doctor [ ] ordered previously..I didn't understand how [ ] done..I am so glad she talked to me about it, because it is something very important that I must do..I love the fact that she cared to explain to me why it should be done..she is wonderful..I hope to see her more often..Thank you for having her...

Dr. Nicole was attentive to my concerns and was able to care for them by reducing my [ ] and advised me to make an appointment with a urologist. I was glad with the out come of the visit.

From my perspective, the original purpose of this visit was going to be to meet Dr. [ ]. I had seen Dr [ ] approximately 60 days earlier and was returning to WI on May 11th. By the time my session with Dr. Nicole E Charles was over, I was extremely impressed and felt very fortunate. Dr Nicole E. Charles has a superlative bed style temperament that puts the patient at ease despite what they may be dealing with. You are fortunate to have her on your staff and I was equally fortunate to have the presence of Dr. Nicole E Charles. God Bless!

I was actually nervous about seeing an APRN, but Nicole was amazing. I expressed my concerns and my frustrations with my situation and she was so attentive, listen to my frustrations and made me feel at peace about the situation. Would highly recommend her.
