Nickolai was early which was great and so thorough as usual. We made a plan for the next few days and I look forward to his input following some more neuro testing.

I really appreciate the nurse practitioner explaining in detail my available treatment options. Also, he was thorough in explaining how to take my meds and what to avoid while on the meds. He also stressed I needed to confirm my insurance authorizes the upcoming mri and I really appreciate that.

I’ve been coming there for a number of years and I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect. There is nothing that I would change.

Dr. Nikolai Detert is always an extremely friendly and proficient professional. He is never rushed and hears me out. I feel like he truly cares about his patients.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
PA Detert was efficient, quick, covered the bases necessary. He did not seem to take much understanding/significance to some women's health issues I brought up that are greatly affecting my daily life.

He took time to listen and assess my problems. Is knowledgeable to my disease and medication interactions. Gave me treatment alterations . He paid attention to the details.

Nickolai listened to my symptoms and his examination led him to conclude a possible liver/gall bladder inflammation which blood work confirmed. Very impressive.

Nikolai took time to listen to my concerns and ask questions. He discussed my symptoms to get a thorough understanding of them. I was feeling scared and stressed when I came into the office. He assured me we would work together to improve the situation. I am so grateful for his patience and kindness.
