Well, I find that he's very into his patients. He always asks if we have any questions or concerns. And he's got a beautiful bedside manner and I like him.

Yes, I think it's most important is Nikolai makes you feel like you're the only patient he's going to have that day. He listens to you, he explains things to you, he's very knowledgeable, he's very personable, and I really enjoy going to see him. And I appreciate him, and I have great confidence in his diagnosis.

Nickolai and everyone with whom I interacted all were wonderful. I truly felt like they listened to all of my concerns (which was especially comforting two days after a non-BJC urgent care visit during which I felt like the staff were disinterested and dismissive). I would highly recommend this practice to others. Thank you!

Nikolai was very patient. He explained everything to me. He calmed my nerves because this was a very difficult appointment for me. And the fact that he took the time and I felt he listened to me, he explained everything and he laid out, of course, a plan, I would recommend him. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

Very astute, caring, and thorough in his practice. He explains how to properly administer your medication. Listen to your concerns and prepares a good healthcare plan and explains it to you. He is quick to follow through. Out standing care.

Nickolai was easy to work with and listened carefully. I have a complex medical history, and it can be hard for a new provider to take in all my info in a short visit, but he listened to my questions as someone who is immune suppressed and explained pros and cons of the options.

This was a zoom visit by my husband & me with N. Detert, which was mandated by Medicare. At the beginning of the actual visit, I was somewhat cranky with Mr. Detert; I began with a bad attitude. He was patient & kind. He explained how there could be some benefit for me by doing the visit. He handled me with a light & friendly approach, & then I had a better attitude toward the visit. He made a few suggestions, & for the suggestions that I did not agree to do, he was very nice & didn't act irritated. He really looked through the extensive questionnaire I had filled out for both my husband & me, & acted like he actually cared about our health, although he did not know us.

PA Nickolai Detert showed concern and was very understanding about what I am going through. He was very supportive and gave me a list of people who I can reach out to for other issues as well.
