The entire team was awesome. I saw NP Nikolai as a "replacement" for my canceled visit with Dr. last week. I was very impressed and would have no reservations regarding seeing him again for an annual wellness visit.

Detert was very helpful in resolving a problem I’ve been having getting a vacation supply of a prescription drug I need on a daily basis.

Nickolai is very thorough and I did not feel rushed. He took the time to explain my issue in easy terms to understand and he even asked if there were any other concerns that I had.

The experience for the initial visit was above expectation. I had extenuating circumstances and had very little confidence that my needs would be met. And they were! Nickolai Detert was wonderful.

I was seen a head of my schedule time. I explain my symptoms and he address them follow be labs. He had my labs in mychart the same day and he gave instructions the very next day with followup. He is very knowledgeable, patience and answer all my questions. Great job.

In general, Dr and Nickoli are both compassionate, helpful, kind, and they listen very well. If something is outside of their expertise, they are not afraid to admit that, and they send me to the person that can help.
