I like talking with Dr. Nicholson as he is willing to listen to my side of the story and willing to help in any way that he can.

I learned something new about arthritis with genetic components. I always have felt Embarrassed with arthritis being my constant complaint anymore as it isn’t something most people can relate with constant pain that affects everything u do in a day. I compare myself to others my age that don’t have this problem and come up short and blame myself somehow. After talking with Dr. Nicholson about genetics I felt relieved in a way.

Note, I am a retired health care practitioner of 41 years, I assumed the role of quality improvement coord for 17 years, so I am pretty observant of what should be covered, addressed and followed up on during an office visit, Dr. Nicholson was right on!

I felt very disrespected by the doctor arriving over 30mins late after I have waited months for this appointment. I could have saved the time and money and obtained pills and a sheet of paper with stretches from my primary care doctor. It felt pointless and like I was scammed.
