Nicole was wonderful. She listened to me. She looked at my rash and she suggested and made comments and direction on what I should do if anything should happen. I would definitely see her again.

This was my first time with this provider and she was great. I love all the care providers and care I've been receiving since 2020. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly and make me feel heard. It's not a flawless system of course. It is required for us to have an in person visit, however, it's very hard to get scheduled when needed (every 3 months a week before you run out of the shots) and should be mentioned the office hours are not as convenient as they could be either (nothing pass 3pm and no weekends). I rarely have any choice but to take off work at busy times due to minimal availability of appointments. I understand they're trying to get more providers due to losing 2, however, it's always been hard to find available appointments even with the providers there since I've started. It's also very difficult to get a hold of the office when there are prescription issues and you're at the pharmacy waiting which is very frustrating. Other than that I am happy and will continue my weight-loss plan with this office.

The only issue I would complain is you guys re-scheduling appointments two weeks or even within a week of procedure and expect the patient to agree to new dates without thinking this kind of appointments have been planed a head of time on purposed. I appreciate the process, the care and the after care after surgery. The staff is excellent.

Nichole was great; however, I was disappointed that I was not allowed to be weighed on the tanita scale. I asked the medical assistant and the provider and they both refused - they said that I could only use the tanita scale once every 6 months. They didn't explain why - and I had valid concerns that I am losing too much muscle, had made changes to my diet, and wanted to see if the changes I made were making a difference in my body composition. The only way to assess that would be to get on the tanita scale. I am disappointed that my concerns were not taken seriously and I left without knowing my current body composition, specifically, how much muscle mass I currently have compared to before I started weight loss medication and the last visit I had where I had lost significant muscle mass, despite increased weight training and protein intake.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire dept. From the pleasant and accommodating front desk staff, knowledgeable and efficient MAs, to all of the APNs. Nichole especially is always so pleasant during my appointments. She really listens intently to my concerns and addresses all of them immediately. She goes out of her way to celebrate my triumphs and really has motivated me on this journey. I would recommend this team to any and everyone.

The PA I met with had clearly reviewed my file and was knowledgeable of my history, needs and concerns. She listened effectively and responded with both a supportive and positive solutions. She presented a care plan and verified that it addressed my needs and concerns. I really appreciated the way she offered solutions that made sense to me and responded to my concerns.

All great experience. I feel comfortable with all docs and staff and love visiting. I would refer anyone I know to Virtua! I also am having wonderful success in meeting my weightloss goals, with the help of my doctors!
