My experience was very good, but the receptionist checking out more customer service address asking about appointment with another doctor kind of rude. That's the only thing that was not as good as experience.

I'm not sure why I was recommended to him since he is sending me back to the person I previously saw at reconstructive who recommended him. Seems to me since my knee is painful that it would have been better if I had some scan to see what has happened to my knee.

Dr. Bertha diagnosed me, asked me questions, he was attentive and prescribed the right medication for me. Thanks to him, the pain in my knee went down and I really liked Dr. Bertha and the visit was very helpful. Thank you.

Everyone at the office was courteous and welcoming. The doctor was professional, respectful, and took the time to address my concerns. My problem was taken care of effectively, and I am extremely satisfied with the care I received.

Dr Bertha is the first doctor I've ever had in my whole life that ACTUALLY listened to me, comforted me in my concerns and reassured me. He has been absolutely wonderful.

The provider was excellent. The staff for the most part were very professional and respectful with one exception who seemed to rush through her medical questioning.

Dr. Bertha was very efficient and although it was my first time visiting him, that's why I say he didn't know my history, but he might have looked through my chart and saw that. So I'll take that back, that one back. But he was very informative, took time to listen to me and to address all my concerns. I really enjoyed being there.

Yes, coming in, the people at the desk were wonderful. They took their time with me. And when I got back to see Dr. Bertha, he had the best bedside manner and explained it to me in black and white terms that I could understand. I think he's a wonderful doctor and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Bertha and the staff listened to my concerns and involved me with the decisions. We talked about all options because surgery was the last thing I wanted to do. He said we could try P/T and if I feel it's working than that's hiw we will proceed. And had me return in a month and that's when we decided it would be best to have the surgery. We talked about what would be done beforehand and went over the morning of surgery.
