Once I got connected with the hematology oncology clinic, everything was top notch. [staff] and [staff] were very informative and kind and efficient. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Nick Vogt was incredible, totally prepared and knowledgeable. He knew my personal history and background and was well prepared! Very impressed!

Nicholas is friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and a good listener too. He shared the CAT scan imagery with me and explained next steps needed and the endoscopy process, explained the time line and proactively told me that he would contact the other departments to request priority scheduling and pathology results.

First, he introduced himself and told us to call him Nick....Nick was very empathetic and informative about the diagnosis and possible treatment. He answered all of our questions and his thoroughness helped to prepare us for the next steps in the diagnostic process. He did not sugarcoat the situation but he did not make us feel that we were alone in the matter.

Nick called me as soon as the results if the biopsy came back .He explained the results, aske4d if I had questions, and told me what the plan is going forward.
