It's very obvious that she cares about her patients and watches carefully my tests and adjusts my medicine. She messages me and asks me if my symptoms have changed. I know I can contact her and will get a response really quickly.

She told me to make an appointment for follow up in one year. She told me what her staff will be doing to follow up. It seems simple but it helps to clarify who is doing what as I go out the door.
