Had a great first appointment with Dr. Nguyen. He was very attentive and personable!

The doctor wasn't listening, he was thinking about what he would say next instead of hearing me. I could tell he had me labeled the minute he walked in. He had zero bedside manner. I have some bad issues with my back, I have a broken collarbone and neuropathy. None of this was addressed. My pain wasn't mentioned. Then quickly said let me show you the way out. Very frustrated, extremely upset I am going to call everyone in the surrounding area trying to find a new doctor.

I’m really close to leaving and finding a new provider. I feel like my appointment is a box being checked, I’m lectured rather than treated as a person.

Doctor didn't care about anything I was saying. Very poor service from the doctor. Didn't care whatsoever.

I felt very comfortable in the office. I was seen quickly, on time, and the doctor is very competent. I will see him again.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I was seen shortly after check in. Dr. Nguyen and his medical assistant were very thorough in obtaining my medical history and answering all questions. This was a very pleasant experience and as a new patient I am looking forward to future care from these providers.

I was taken to the examination room within 5-10 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Hong Nguyen was friendly, pleasant and knowledgable. He listened to me and addressed all my concerns without hesitation. He also discussed about vaccinations recommended for my age as well as other preventive measures. His communication was very clear. When I left the premises, I was confident that I was in good hands.

I think this has been the best care I have ever received. The portal is easy to navigate, staff follows up with you to schedule, everybody is so kind and professional. It's been a great experience so far. Thank you.

I was very happy when I left. Easy process to get an appointment. The provider and staff all listened to me and were kind. Very impressed!

Provider seemed like he was in a big hurry.
In my opinion he lacked that personal touch. He was pretty much in and out. Didn’t take time to find out who I was,didn’t establish a personal connection.
Not sure I want to continue seeing him as my primary caregiver

The staff was friendly and kind and polite. The nurse was friendly and helpful. The Dr. was honest and nice. He was honest about his feelings about certain medicines He didn’t listen to me as an individual because of lack of knowledge Did listen but not fully.
