If she does not take the time to figure out the whole puzzle, trying to force a puzzle piece into place because she thinks that’s where it goes…isn’t going to solve the puzzle.

This is the first time l meet with Hanh Nguyen and was very happy with the time she spent with me. She is very good with patients.

As the mother, I felt like she shamed me. Passive aggressively going on and on about how bad marijuana is and you don’t want to be doped up on that. And then I realized she has access to all of my charts and knows I am a heavy marijuana user. Also have a very successful life. Even my 12-year-old daughter afterward said wow that was so passive aggressive mom. She picked up on it. Maybe they should talk about the dangers of alcohol more than marijuana? That would be nice.

Truly meets my expectations of an excellent doctor who truly cares for her patients and takes time, listens and does not rush them through. I would give her a “20” out of 10 if possible!

As mentioned she was so sincerely caring and took the time to hear me out which meant the world to me. My wife and I are going through an incredible amount of stress at this time and the support of your office to both of us has been a God send. Along with Dr. Peter Ritsema. Hanh carefully listened to my complaint--severe anxiety. I told her I'd been through this before and told what worked in the past. She proscribed meds and offered a new drug I'd never taken before, but I said I would give it a try. The next day when it seemed to have no effect, she granted my request for another med, which give me peace of mind. I haven't had to take much of it, but knowing it's there if I need it is provides me with great self confidence. I feel I now have the tools to tackle this.

I was there for a very specific issue. She discussed one issue that I reserve discussion with Dr.Ritsema. I could not defend my position on the issue because I was not prepared for the discussion. She ordered blood work on something we did not discuss.

Everyone from receptionist, nurse to doctor were visibly unhealthy. I asked a lot of questions about the medication I was prescribed and when I left I did my own personal research of the drug and learned so much valuable information that I didn’t learn at the doctors office.

Hanh Nguyen was very friendly and caring. She listened to me answered my questions, made me feel comfortable. I returned 2 days later for experenceing different symptoms, and she was right on it. I left feeling very well cared for...Thank You

She came in saying his weight was up so he’s fine. But we had concerns we wanted addressed, and we felt dismissed. She wanted to discuss breastfeeding vs formula, but did not take time to hear our reasoning behind using formula, and my breastfeeding journey. She chalked up our concerns to a change in formula, without offering any insight as to how long it takes for baby to adjust, or if there is a better formula to use, etc. We were looking for some guidance, but she seemed to just chalk it up to us being first-time parents. We just felt extremely dismissed
