My visit from start to finish could not have went better. From prompt scheduling to the familiar faces at the front desk, check-in was quick and easy. I was scheduled for a 1/2 hour appointment and the staff’s timing was on point. I was in and out within my scheduled appointment time and received top-notch care! Thank you, PA Hanh & Staff!

She was better than 2 “Specialists” that I was referred to! Thank you Dr Nguyen for excellent care.

She was very professional and courteous., i called just after 8: am and had to leave my number for a call back. I never got a call back and had to drive to the office to make an appointment in person.

I don’t feel like I learned anything new from this visit about my injury. I came away with a referral to an orthopedic doctor, but it seems that could have been done by a phone call.

She was able to see me sooner than scheduled. She provided me with a tiered approach of care, medications and then PT. The medications helped.

If she does not take the time to figure out the whole puzzle, trying to force a puzzle piece into place because she thinks that’s where it goes…isn’t going to solve the puzzle.

As the mother, I felt like she shamed me. Passive aggressively going on and on about how bad marijuana is and you don’t want to be doped up on that. And then I realized she has access to all of my charts and knows I am a heavy marijuana user. Also have a very successful life. Even my 12-year-old daughter afterward said wow that was so passive aggressive mom. She picked up on it. Maybe they should talk about the dangers of alcohol more than marijuana? That would be nice.

My wife and I are going through an incredible amount of stress at this time and the support of your office to both of us has been a God send. Along with Dr. Peter Ritsema. Hanh carefully listened to my complaint--severe anxiety. I told her I'd been through this before and told what worked in the past. She proscribed meds and offered a new drug I'd never taken before, but I said I would give it a try. The next day when it seemed to have no effect, she granted my request for another med, which give me peace of mind. I haven't had to take much of it, but knowing it's there if I need it is provides me with great self confidence. I feel I now have the tools to tackle this.

I was there for a very specific issue. She discussed one issue that I reserve discussion with Dr.Ritsema. I could not defend my position on the issue because I was not prepared for the discussion. She ordered blood work on something we did not discuss.

Everyone from receptionist, nurse to doctor were visibly unhealthy. I asked a lot of questions about the medication I was prescribed and when I left I did my own personal research of the drug and learned so much valuable information that I didn’t learn at the doctors office.
