When I asked what causes contribute to the medical issue I was being seen for, PA Nguyen searched up an answer on computer. I was just disappointed she didn’t have a more confident or clear answer! Other than that, she was very kind, timely, got me the prescription I needed and sent my office note to her referral team so I could schedule with the next specialist necessary.

Overall was disappointed with my experience, Ive seen a few providers at this location and while I was provided a solution, I felt stupid for coming in and asking and it felt really dismissive and more like a here's a solution to make you happy when I was just trying to ask a medical professional...hey is this an issue or am I okay.

My visit from start to finish could not have went better. From prompt scheduling to the familiar faces at the front desk, check-in was quick and easy. I was scheduled for a 1/2 hour appointment and the staff’s timing was on point. I was in and out within my scheduled appointment time and received top-notch care! Thank you, PA Hanh & Staff!

She was very professional and courteous., i called just after 8: am and had to leave my number for a call back. I never got a call back and had to drive to the office to make an appointment in person.

I don’t feel like I learned anything new from this visit about my injury. I came away with a referral to an orthopedic doctor, but it seems that could have been done by a phone call.

As the mother, I felt like she shamed me. Passive aggressively going on and on about how bad marijuana is and you don’t want to be doped up on that. And then I realized she has access to all of my charts and knows I am a heavy marijuana user. Also have a very successful life. Even my 12-year-old daughter afterward said wow that was so passive aggressive mom. She picked up on it. Maybe they should talk about the dangers of alcohol more than marijuana? That would be nice.

Hanh carefully listened to my complaint--severe anxiety. I told her I'd been through this before and told what worked in the past. She proscribed meds and offered a new drug I'd never taken before, but I said I would give it a try. The next day when it seemed to have no effect, she granted my request for another med, which give me peace of mind. I haven't had to take much of it, but knowing it's there if I need it is provides me with great self confidence. I feel I now have the tools to tackle this.
