Overall, I appreciate what she challenged me with during the visit. I was just very shell shocked at the addition of a statin as I was getting ready to leave the office. I feel that my concerns weren't heard and it was "take the pills and give us feedback on if you have side affects. If so, I will move to plan B or C." We never once discussed any cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, etc. during the visit. Had those been part of the conversation I could be more understanding.

She spent time with me not just prescribing medication, but went over the food diet I need to be on and suggested a book. She also went over everything else in my records and seen that my cholesterol was high and prescribed medication for that. Something I wasn’t even in there for.She really has a passion in what she does.

I was a little anxious coming to a new practice and a new health system after decades at another. My anxiety was needless as EVERYONE I was in contact with from the first call to the office to follow ups through My Chart were kind and supportive and professional. Thank you all.

She spent the time and went back and looked at all my old records and tests. Gave me her opinion and made me feel that she was going to get to the bottom of what is wrong with me. She is top notch!!!!!!! My daughter was with me & she loves HANH too!! Thank you so much for all your tender care!!

I appreciate not feeling rushed during the appointment and how Hanh takes the time to really listen and ask questions to dig for information. She is working with me as individual and my heath instead of trying to treat symptoms under general parameters.

When I asked what causes contribute to the medical issue I was being seen for, PA Nguyen searched up an answer on computer. I was just disappointed she didn’t have a more confident or clear answer! Other than that, she was very kind, timely, got me the prescription I needed and sent my office note to her referral team so I could schedule with the next specialist necessary.

Overall was disappointed with my experience, Ive seen a few providers at this location and while I was provided a solution, I felt stupid for coming in and asking and it felt really dismissive and more like a here's a solution to make you happy when I was just trying to ask a medical professional...hey is this an issue or am I okay.

My visit from start to finish could not have went better. From prompt scheduling to the familiar faces at the front desk, check-in was quick and easy. I was scheduled for a 1/2 hour appointment and the staff’s timing was on point. I was in and out within my scheduled appointment time and received top-notch care! Thank you, PA Hanh & Staff!

She was very professional and courteous., i called just after 8: am and had to leave my number for a call back. I never got a call back and had to drive to the office to make an appointment in person.

I don’t feel like I learned anything new from this visit about my injury. I came away with a referral to an orthopedic doctor, but it seems that could have been done by a phone call.
