Very friendly and puts current and back information together. She shares her thoughts as we go. She has picked up things and explains why we will be doing this or that for the future. She is not a "lets see how things go" send off.

She did not listen to me brushed off my concerns and did not explain things to me. I left more confused and then I when I went. Was told I needed an ultrasound but not what for

She called in an urgent referral to orthopedic and I got a call from 2 different offices for the same thing. Once we straightened that out she said she would send it in for him to check the wrist and leg but they did not receive the referral for the leg which upset the nurse there because they didn't have time to look at that too. They were able to work me in though.

Was hesitant about seeing a different provider than my primary but was pleasantly surprised that she offered different alternatives and did not just say, keep doing what you are doing. Hopeful that my pain will get under control.

Overall, I appreciate what she challenged me with during the visit. I was just very shell shocked at the addition of a statin as I was getting ready to leave the office. I feel that my concerns weren't heard and it was "take the pills and give us feedback on if you have side affects. If so, I will move to plan B or C." We never once discussed any cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, etc. during the visit. Had those been part of the conversation I could be more understanding.
