Dr. Phan and her staff always provide thorough, personal-involvement care. They are the best!! Dr. Phan takes "preventative measures" so as to prevent situations from getting serious and more difficult to treat.

My granddaughter is experiencing a rash on her arms and face. Dr Phan explained to us what was causing the rash but also stated that a treatment did not exist. She said that usually teens will grow out it. In the meantime, we were advised to stay out of the sun or mitigate its effect by wearing long sleeves. Dr Phan was approachable and knowledgeable.

I gave a bad review on my last visit and I should not have. It was a total misunderstanding on my part.we have always been happy with Dr Phan. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Doctor Phan is great along with her nurse..... the girls at the front desk were very nice also... the 2 ladies that come to the door and take you back could use some training with smiling/being polite/making you feel welcome. even with that the doctor and nurse earned them a perfect score in my book.

Dr. Phan has been my Dermatologist for over 30 years. Her care has always been excellent. The only issue I have that I am hearing impaired and the glass screens at the front desk block much of the desk staff's voices.

Appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. Arrived at 9:20am to sign in. Pre check in documents and copay completed online the day before the appointment. Made it to a room in the back to wait for the doctor at 10:20am, an hour after sign in. Was seen by the doctor at 10:30am, an hour after arrival. The wait time is ridiculous. Something should be done about this. On a good note, the staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Phan was very thorough.

Everyone was friendly and professional. They explained to me about taking samples and that will notify me as soon as they receive results from the lab. If I have problems in the future I will contact them.

Dr. Phan is excellent and provides the best of care. My wife and I have been using Dr. Phan for many years and are so grateful to have her as our dermatologist. She is so courteous in all of her patients. Her staff is top notch and is not to be forgotten in the overall care.
