Dr. Phan was cordial and efficient. Gave me info about my skin and areas of concern. Also offered info about overall skin health and moisturizing which I really appreciated as I have dry skin.

Dr. Phan is great with people. Explains everything she is doing and answers any questions you may have. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. UAB has been wonderful to work.

The only negative is the wait time in the lobby, but that is not unusual among my other health providers. I really like Dr. Phan and he office and assisting staff.

Still have not received any relief. Doctor only stayed in office with me less than 5 minutes only to tell me to double upon medication that my system has become immune too. I am very dissatisfied.
