Dr. Ng proved to be the excellent doctor I heard she is. She and the Fellow reviewed my case and history which is complicated. She told me they had a plan for my surgery. She was extremely thorough and addressed ALL of my concerns. She is kind and brilliant. She was positive and confident. I am very fortunate to be her patient.

Dr. Ng is outstanding. She is experienced, knowledgeable and kind. She drew many diagrams to explain my biopsy results. She provided options for treatment and thoroughly explained the rationale for each. She is caring and personable in addition to being skilled. I trust her completely.

Dr. Ng was so professional and kind. She answered my questions in a way that I could understand. She actually listened to me and heard my concerns! So many Drs don't even look at you when you sit there.

Dr. Elise Ng is a superb physician. On Dec. 18 she removed squamous cell carcinoma from the left cheek of my face in a manner that left my face quite symmetrical. She continues to monitor the scar every 3 months and offers very helpful detailed advice about care for the scar as well as about how to protect myself from UV light. She listens to all of my questions and answers them thoroughly.

I could not ask for better care than I have had with Dr N and [staff]. They are professional, kind and compassionate. I trust them and am grateful to them for helping me get through fear of treatment of skin cancer. They deserve eleven +++++ on a scale of one to ten!

The surgeon, Dr. Elise Ng, was excellent. Performed the procedure perfectly, was very friendly, explained every step in much detail, and gave very clear instructions on care for the wound and post-surgery behavior. Her assistant, [staff], was excellent as well, performed procedures and gave me very easy-to-understand explanations and instructions. A week later, [staff] removed sultures and was also exceptionally nice and provided me with very clear further instructions. The front desk ladies were also very courteous and helpful. Overall, EXCELLENT++.

I would have given 10 to Dr Ng , but for an almost hour delay in the appt. I believe this was a function of the surgery schedule.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Ng and everyone I encountered in this office. If I could have given a higher score than 10 in an area, it would have most certainly be a 20. After decades in the US Family Health Plan, I can honestly say that I have never had better treatment than at this office and by Dr. Ng and those that support her work.

Dr. Ng is amazing! She has performed several Moh's procedures on my face, scalp, neck, and shoulder. Each scar healed beautifully and I credit her skillfulness and care. I will always request Dr. Ng- she has a gift!

Highly talented, personable, skilled. She did an amazing job sewing up a very sensitive, prominent spot on my face where there's little room to maneuver. She apparently got the basal cell carcinoma and clean edges on the first swipe, so that was a relief.
