It was the last appointment of the day on a Friday. You'd think I was the first appointment on a slow day. Very good patient manner

Dealing with older patients with multiple issues someitmes takes a bit more than the 20 minutes they would like to allow. I know time is money, but it can feel just a bit rushed. I feel comfortble making lists and sending messages and I know that helps move things along. I like this practice and I'm learning to like this new doctor!

Dr Newsom was assigned to me. I am very happy to have been placed with someone that I felt totally comfortable with.Who listened and gave me the feeling that he truly cared. He did not make me feel like just another patient in his day. I felt like I was his only patient this day.

The fact that there is constant eye contact, answered all my questions in a respectful manner and I didn’t feel rushed are all positives in my book.

Dr. Newsom didn't listen to me and just wanted me to change a bunch of things without listening to my wishes

First time meeting Dr. Newsom, he was very nice and very thorough in covering all kinds of areas about how I'm doing. He had answers to all my questions and suggestions on ways to help with my problems, etc. (exercises, diet, etc.)
