Employ more doctors like Ms. Danita Mitchell, 😔 so Sorry she's leaving Jen Care Newport News, I was very PLEASED under her Care. Ms. MITCHELL is understanding & her loving Care for her patient is impeccable. Hoping she will RETURN back to Jen-Care in the very Near future. Blessings.

Upon arrival I was checked in and less than 5 minutes I was called in the back and my doctor was in my in 6 minutes and took plenty of time with me and understood my concerns

Waiting time is very little. The doctors take their time and not rush you out. The medical assistants are sweet and efficient.

Give the doctors more time with their patients. There always seems to be a "rush them through" culture. Fifteen minutes is not long enough!

Tell patients if they are more than 10 minutes late they will not be seen. My wife took off work for appt. She was 12 minutes late and could not be seen.
