Appointment started on time, no waiting

As usual, all the cheerful smiling care givers. The ones who check you in and out, the nurses and the doctors. All giving excellent care and never left in waiting room more than 3 or 4 minutes.

Work on shortening the wait times before seeing the provider. Typically the wait time is 45 minutes or so after the scheduled appointment.

My doctor Farheen Hasnain is a very special professional. She is warm and genuine and such a good medical expert. Dr Hasnain explains complicated things well and with patience. She asks many questions before she gives recommendations so I know she is wanting to include various aspects of my life before she just barks out some instructions or directives. She is a wonderful, important part of my health and wellbeing. I would recommend her to anyone

Connect with your patient better. I had to cancel an appointment (which I ever rarely do) because my daughter was sick. When I tried to reschedule, it took me 4 attempts to get an afternoon appointment.
