Worry more about giving medical information as soon as the result is available, be it negative or positive, because sometimes it doesn't even happen like that, I'm not saying that it is in all JenCare, in some.

Dr Gross is very thorough and listens to my thoughts and opinion and shows me respect. A lot of doctors do not do that and it’s important to me that I’m not treated like I know nothing about what I’m experiencing. Thank you 😊

First of all, get a new door on the office, an automatic one. Today I had to get up and hold the door open for a lady was struggling to get in the door with her walker. The door is heavy and is really hard to open and get in . My previous appointment I also had to help someone get in. Also it sticks and stays open sometimes. Fixing the door should be a top priority .
