I like everyone there and Dr Shaw was very informative. I saw Dr gross a couple weeks ago. He always explains everything to me and very understanding. They are just 2 really awesome doctors!

I am impressed with the care I receive from the 1st person I see entering the lobby to each person that I see. My questions are answered and discussed, and my concerns are addressed. I found the staff are warm and personal and are a pleasure to talk with. I have confidence that they are doing their best to care for me.

I am just not getting good results with the issues I am having. My husband dropped off my heart monitor that they had give me to use for 48 hours. That was on Tuesday afternoon. I was under the impression my results would be fairly quick as far as I’m getting back to me. I called and was leaving a message today for the doctor and she said they are just really busy today and short help so I don’t know when someone will get back to you. I told her I am anxious and I need some results. When I asked her name, she hung up on me. When I called back, I just kept getting a recorder after that. I was persistent with my phone and my husband’s phone trying to get them. Finally, a girl answered and said she was working from home and she would make sure the message was taken care of she sounded like the same person I had talked to before. Then she told me it had been sent back to him. It is almost 530 and I never heard anything back from anyone. And that’s the experience I have been having lately. They are just not very efficient. And I don’t think they seem that concerned with your issues. Have a great day.

I like Ashley and we get along very well. She listens to my concerns and genuinely cares about my care. I consider her a friend as well as my PCP. I am happy with Jencare. Also, the staff in the front office and the other medical team members are always kind and patient.

I use to be able to get my maintenance medications when I saw my doctor, but not now. Recently, the girl who called claimed she told me I had a 10:10 appt; she told me 10:50. This same girl asked me if I could come to a follow-up appt on June 4th. When I got outside, the sheet said June 13th. When I went back inside and called her attention to this, she insisted she told me June 13th. I'm not even in town on that day, so why would I agree to that? I may be old, but I'm not senile - and that's how I was made to feel. There are other incidents, too - like not being able to get meds when I'm sick!
